According to different operation modes, the mining system with mine circular saw blade machine as main machine can be roughly divided into the following combinations:
This is the earliest and most widely used method of granite mining
¡ª¡ªThe circular saw only cuts vertically along the X direction parallel to the working line of the ore body, and the saw gap spacing (the thickness of long block stone) is 1-2 block thickness;
¡ª¡ªWhen the thickness of the long block stone is 1 block, the horizontal bottom and vertical end of the long block stone are separated by manual splitting to produce blocks;
¡ª¡ªWhen the thickness of the long block stone is 2 blocks, the horizontal bottom and vertical end of the long block stone are split manually, and then the stone is split into blocks along the X direction.
This is the most widely used mining method for granite and marble
¡ª¡ªThe circular saw cuts and separates the ore body vertically along the X direction of the working line. Generally, the sawing gap spacing in the X direction (the thickness of long block stone) is 1 block thick;
¡ª¡ªThe circular saw cuts and separates the ore body vertically along the direction of vertical working line and Y direction. Generally, the sawing gap spacing in Y direction is 1 or more block lengths;
¡ª¡ªWhen the length of the long block stone is one block, the beaded saw cuts and separates several blocks, and the horizontal bottom surface directly produces blocks, which are mostly used for marble mining;
¡ª¡ªWhen the length of the long block stone is the length of several blocks, the beaded saw cuts and separates the horizontal bottom surface of the long block stone, and manually splits and separates the end surface of the long block stone to produce blocks, which is mostly used for granite mining.
This is the latest fully mechanized mining method for granite. Its main processes are as follows:
¡ª¡ªThe circular saw cuts the ore body vertically along the X direction parallel to the working line, and the X direction saw gap spacing (the thickness of long block stone) is 1 block thick;
¡ª¡ªThe circular saw cuts and separates the ore body vertically along the direction of vertical working line and Y direction, and the distance between saw seams in Y direction is the length of several blocks;
¡ª¡ªThe beaded saw cuts and separates the horizontal bottom surface of the long block stone;
¡ª¡ªThe single head or multi head hydraulic rock drill drills row holes along the end face of the long block length direction;
¡ª¡ªThe multi head hydraulic splitting machine splits the end face of long block stone to produce block.
No matter which process described above, the sawing gap along the X direction, that is, the thickness of the long block stone, can be determined as the thickness of two blocks. At this time, it only needs to add a process of splitting the stone into blocks along the X length direction.
